Felicia Goodson is the proud mother of NFL athlete Tyler Goodson and serves as the Executive Director of the TG31 Mission in Motion Foundation. A graduate of Winston-Salem State University in North Carolina, Felicia earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a minor in Business Management.

As Executive Director, she leads the development and execution of the foundation’s mission to empower youth and strengthen communities through mentorship, service, and opportunity. She also serves as Business Manager for TG31 Global, Tyler’s for-profit business entity, where she oversees operations and brings Tyler’s entrepreneurial and philanthropic vision to life.

Felicia has always instilled in her sons the importance of giving back. For her, service is not just an act—it’s a way of life, a reflection of her faith, and her personal way of honoring God’s many blessings. As she often reminds others, “Each of you should use whatever gift you have received to serve others, as faithful stewards of God's grace in its various forms.” —1 Peter 4:10
