Driven by a deep passion for youth empowerment, Tyler Goodson founded the TG31 Mission in Motion Foundation to create meaningful opportunities for young people in underserved communities. Tyler has had a servant’s heart from a young age. As a child, he and his family spent holiday mornings feeding the homeless at his Uncle Brandon’s church. In high school, he served in his church’s UpStreet Children’s Ministry and volunteered with Happy Feat, a local organization supporting children with special needs. Each year, he proudly escorted participants to the Night to Shine prom, sponsored by the Tim Tebow Foundation. He also served as a Junior Kappa Leaguer with the Gwinnett County Chapter, actively participating in community service projects like Adopt-a-Highway. Rather than spending his senior spring break on vacation, Tyler chose to serve on a mission trip to Haiti.
Now a professional athlete with the Indianapolis Colts, Tyler understands the transformative power of mentorship, discipline, skill-building, and service. Grounded in faith and compassion, his vision is to uplift the mind, body, and spirit of every child the foundation reaches. Under his leadership, TG31 offers a variety of impactful programs, including:
Tyler’s commitment is deeply rooted in his faith, guided by the words of Luke 12:48:
“From everyone who has been given much, much will be required; and from the one who has been entrusted with much, even more will be expected.”
He believes in the power of service and community to create lasting change—and lives that belief out through every initiative of the TG31 Mission in Motion Foundation.
